I've bought items online a couple of times now and both experiences have been great. The items have arrived quickly and well packaged. There's a large selection of items to browse and choose from, and the items I purchased are of excellent quality. The detailed descriptions of the products mean you can find exactly what you're looking for, as well as instructions on how to use/apply them. I do find adding things to my wishlist/favourites doesn't always work though, I'm not sure why. But this is no huge issue and won't stop me from being a returning customer.

I was able to find exactly what I wanted in Korean skincare. The delivery was very fast which is amazing as other sites I have used have had to have the products sent directly from Korea to the UK, meaning a long time from order to door. My product arrived beautifully packaged with a personal note. I will definitely be purchasing from here in future, for convenience and also for the lovely service.

Consistency is the key. Whenever I have a query, somebody would reply on to it. Customer service is excellent.

My order was dispatched a day after placing the order and I received it via Royal Mail within a few days after that. My order was well packaged and I love the products (they were repurchases). Thank you and I will order again soon.
